Add extra flavour with very little effort to your lamb roast. The meat absorbs the essential oils from the spices and herbs giving it a subtle flavour. For best results: add just before cooking and brush on a bit before taking out of the oven or off the grill. Try using the leftovers on a lamb pizza – with a bit of the Lamb Rub on the base!
