This blend is a nod to the folks living on Alaska’s Kenai Peninsula where salmon is a staple part of the diet. This blend is “off the hook” and evokes very special food memories of cooking up the fresh catch over bush camp fire with a bit of whisky to take the edge of the ever present chill in the air.
Just rub a bit on the skin (presentation side) and let the flavours soak in before cooking.
